What are the Proposed Amendments?
The proposed amendments to the Tree Preservation Bylaw will protect more trees and require replacement of any protected tree approved for removal. The amendments will be to the following areas:
- Protected Trees
- Building Envelopes and Developments
- Rural Zoned Lands/ALR
- Replacement Trees
- Administration
