In an application to the District of Saanich, Smuggler’s Cove Pub at 2581 Penrhyn Street has submitted a request for a Development Permit for revisions to the existing building and operations as follows:
- A parking variance to allow 1 parking space per 5 seats, instead of the current 1 per 3 seats
- Reconfiguring the entry to provide wind deflection and an additional 10 seats,
- Expansion of the exterior upper level patio to allow for an additional 10 seats.
- A change in hours of operation.
