The CBRA received the following from Saanich to share with our neighbours:
The District of Saanich is seeking public input as part of developing a community-wide Zero Waste Strategy.
Community members are being invited to provide feedback via a survey that will help gauge residents’ understanding and commitment to waste reduction, recycling, and composting. Your participation as an individual or household is critical as it will help us identify policies and actions that can address the needs and challenges in our community.
Survey information
The survey should take participants 5-10 minutes to complete, and it will be open until August 31, 2024. All responses are anonymous, and a preliminary survey results report will be published in the fall.
