The Annual General Meeting of the Cadboro Bay Residents Association will be held:

Wednesday, October 28, 2026 at 7:00 p.m.
St. George’s Anglican Church
3909 St. George’s Lane
Victoria, BC V8N 4E3

Business of the Meeting

The business of the meeting will be:

1. to approve the agenda;
2. to approve the minutes of the last general meeting (available here);
3. to receive the directors’ report on the financial statements of the Association for the previous fiscal year;
4. to receive reports on the activities and decisions of the Board of Directors since the previous Annual General Meeting; and
5. to elect directors of the Association.

Election of Directors

Any member of the Cadboro Bay Residents Association is invited to stand for election to the Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting.

Members are encouraged to attend.
