Do you have insights to share, or a question relevant to the neighbourhood? We want to hear from you.
You have two options, depending on how you wish to communicate.
Letters to the Board – your letter will appear on the CBRA website here, shared with CBRA Directors and the public. Send your letter to comms@cadboro.ca. We ask you include your name and address however your address will not be posted on the website.
Email CBRA – emails on any topic can be sent to chair@cadboro.ca. You can also email the chair of a relevant committee as listed in our contacts page.

Join a Committee
Do you have a passion for the Cadboro Bay neighbourhood? Would you like to be more engaged in your community? Come help out on a committee!

Observe a CBRA Board Meeting
Members of CBRA are welcome to attend and observe the meetings.
The 2024 calendar is currently being created. CBRA Board Meeting and Events notifications will be emailed via our newsletter.
Please email chair@cadboro.ca if you would like to attend and observe our next Board Meeting.

Present at a CBRA Board Meeting
We welcome short presentations from CBRA members and community groups.
Contact CBRA at least seven days ahead with your request. Your presentation or speaking notes will need to be received by the Chair five days ahead of the meeting and must include a specific action that you are requesting the CBRA Board to take (e.g, writing a letter to Saanich Mayor and Council). Your presentation may be up to five minutes in length.

Join the Board of Directors
At the annual AGM meeting, CBRA members elect the Board of Directors. Directors may also be appointed in-year if positions open, in accordance with the bylaws.
