You have two options, depending on how you wish to communicate.
Letters to the Board – your letter will appear on the CBRA website here, shared with CBRA Directors and the public. Send your letter to email@example.com. We ask you include your name and address however your address will not be posted on the website.
Email CBRA – emails on any topic can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also email the chair of a relevant committee as listed in our contacts page.
Meetings are held on the fourth Wednesday of the month at 7pm.
Members of CBRA are welcome to attend the meetings.
Typically meetings are held at Goward House (2495 Arbutus Road, Victoria), however due to COVID-19 restrictions, meetings have been held by video-conference (Zoom). Email email@example.com to request the Zoom link.
Due to limited space at Goward House it is recommended that you contact CBRA seven days ahead so that accommodation can be made.
We welcome short presentations from CBRA members and community groups.
Contact CBRA at least seven days ahead with your request. Your presentation or speaking notes will need to be received by the Chair five days ahead of the meeting and must include a specific action that you are requesting the CBRA Board to take (e.g, writing a letter to Saanich Mayor and Council). Your presentation may be up to five minutes in length.
