Meetings are held on the fourth Wednesday of the month at 7pm. Typically they occur at Goward House (2495 Arbutus Road, Victoria), however due to COVID-19 restrictions meetings have been held by video-conference (Zoom).

Members of CBRA are welcome to attend the meetings. Due to limited space at Goward House and it is recommended that you contact CBRA seven days ahead so that accommodation can be made. Interested in Presenting at a CBRA Meeting?

Contact CBRA at least seven days ahead with your request. Your presentation or speaking notes will need to be received by the Chair five days ahead of the meeting and must include a specific action that you are requesting the CBRA Board to take (e.g, writing a letter to Saanich Mayor and Council). Your presentation may be up to five minutes in length.

Governing Documents:

CBRA was incorporated under the Societies Act in 1938. CBRA is governed by its constitution and bylaws. Board Members must also adhere to a Code of Conduct.
