What part of your community are you most interested in being involved?
CBRA has been informing, engaging, connecting, and advocating on behalf of the residents and business owners of Cadboro Bay since 1938. We interact with the District of Saanich and other appropriate government or jurisdictional authorities on topics that impact Cadboro Bay.
We have a number of committees that can always use help from community members. Whether you bring decades of leadership experience or you want some community service hours for your CV, there’s room for you to help!
Developments Committee
The development committee interacts with various Saanich departments on issues that relate to property developments, zoning, variances, etc. within our community.
Communications and Membership Committees
Our job is to keep our Members and community informed about their neighbourhoods and to support growing our Membership. It’s a mix of old school on-the-ground word of mouth and modern digital marketing. We’d love your help creating website & newsletter content, as well as interacting with the community to raise awareness.
General Administration
Do you like to keep things organized and ensure no balls get dropped? Our Board and all the Committees could use a little help in this area!
