  1. This looks to be for a garden suite & a 2nd lot for a full size house? I wish it was described better By Saanich. Difficult to know what it is in their lingo.
Although the current house is large, this is the type of infill we have been favouring.

  2. My husband and I own the house adjacent to the proposed 2nd home. At present, there are a minimum of 4 cars presently on the existing 1st new home with (most days) spinoff of 2 cars on the proposed 2nd home lot. Where are all the cars going to go? I think there should only be one (proposed new huge house) AND NOT A GARDEN SUITE allowed on the 2nd lot. The two lots have NO FRONTAGE for vehicles on the street! We voiced our concerns to the council when at the meeting for 2nd lot approval. I don’t think anyone has come in person to see the lack of frontage on the 2 lots!! I know where the spillover of all these oversized cars is going to go!
