CBRA Members can manage and renew your membership online yourself, including updating email address, physical address, renewals, payment details, membership type, etc.
Did you get a ‘Membership Expires Soon’ email or an ‘automatic payment cancellation’ email?
In September 2022 CBRA migrated membership management to a much more automated system. We do not store any credit card information, so you will need to set up your automatic renewal (with payment information) in the new system by following the instructions below to manage your membership.
Accessing membership management
- Simply navigate to ‘Communal’ our membership management platform.
- Enter your email address, then click ‘Send Link’. An email will be sent to you with a link that will allow you to access your membership account.
- From there you can:
- view your personal details, membership number, and expiry date.
- update your membership subscription type, payment details, and set up automatic renewal.
