New Saanich Permit and Development Tracker Feature

This is to notify you of a newly launched Saanich Permit and Development Tracker feature, available now for residents registered with MySaanich.

Registered users can now Subscribe to Updates on Current and Future Applications through the Permit and Development Tracker platform. This feature allows residents to indicate the type of application(s) they want to follow within one, or multiple, neighbourhood(s). Once a resident’s preference is set, they will receive email notice when:

  • an application is submitted to the District of Saanich.
  • an application is scheduled for a Meeting (Council, Public Hearing or Committee of the Whole).
  • an application is Approved/Rejected

Meeting Notifications are currently available for these application types:

  • Development Permit
  • Development Permit Amendment
  • Development Variance Permit
  • Garden Suite Development Permit
  • Heritage Registry
  • Liquor Applications
  • Rezoning
  • Subdivision
  • Temporary Use
