Saanich workshop on health, Nov. 16, 9am-1pm

image

Do you have ideas to make Saanich a healthier community?

What does “healthier” mean to you?

How would you define “community”?

Join a lively round table of fellow residents to turn IDEAS into ACTION. The Healthy Saanich Advisory Committee and the Saanich Community Association Network (SCAN) are co-hosting a moderated workshop to explore these and other related topics.

Is your passion social well being and connections? Local food sustainability? Recreation opportunities? Transportation? Parks, green spaces and trails? Public safety? Other important health related issues?

Join the diverse voices of Saanich residents in this workshop, including representatives of different cultures, age groups, local First Nations, religions, workplaces, Saanich neighbourhoods, community groups and more. Together let’s explore how to make Saanich a more healthy, vibrant and inclusive community for all.
