Community Survey on Saanich Police’s Strategic Plan

From Saanich Police:

The Saanich Police Department is currently developing its 2017–21 Strategic Plan and we’re seeking input from our community to assist us in identifying policing priorities for the next five years.

We are an independent municipal police department, which served our community for over 100 years. We continue to achieve one of the lowest crime rates in the country while providing this service at a cost per citizen lower than most other police organizations. The Mission of the Saanich Police is to “provide quality police service by working with our partners to ensure the safety and security of our community” and we pride ourselves on a “No Call Too Small” service delivery model. The Saanich Police and Police Board value your thoughts, opinions, and suggestions which will assist us in the development of the 2017–21 Saanich Police Strategic Plan.

To this end, Saanich Police has an open online survey to the community, schools, and businesses for completion from May through August 2016.
