Bus stops at the Village are reinstated

On March 29th, B.C. Transit put up signs on the east- and west-bound  bus stops in the 3800 block of Cadboro Bay Road, stating  that they were being permanently removed on April 7th.   Concerned neighbours and regular users of those stops contacted our Association, and we immediately contacted BC Transit about it.

After several discussions and email exchanges,  BC Transit  “re-examined the appropriate stop intervals”, and on April 11th the Black Bags were removed from the signs and service was reinstated.
Many thanks to the BC Transit  Bus Stop Coordinator for listening to the concerns of our neighbours, who take rely on these well-used stops.
