In the run-up to the Saanich bi-election on on Saturday, September 23, 2017, an All-Candidates’ Event will be held at the Church of the Nazarene at 4277 Quadra St. on Thursday, Sept. 14, 2017, between 6:30 and 9pm, where all the candidates will be on hand to present themselves and their vision as prospective councillors, and to answer questions from the audience.
