The last year has shown many of us how critical neighbourhood support and connection can be during unusual times from pandemics, to windstorms, snowstorms and other events. Delivery of services may be impacted during these events and the ability to rely on those in close proximity makes a difference.
Saanich’s Neighbour to Neighbour project is intended to encourage that building of connection in our immediate community. Do you see a project in their suggestions that interests you? Are you doing some community building of your own that you would like to share?
