WHEREAS section 6.3 of the Association’s bylaws allows meetings of the Board to be called by any two directors on at least 2 days’ notice; and
WHEREAS section 6.3 of the Association’s bylaws says that the agenda for a meeting of the Board will be made known to members the week before the meeting;
The undersigned directors hereby call a meeting of the Board for 7pm on Wednesday September 7, 2022 at Goward House, 2495 Arbutus Rd, Victoria, BC V8N 1V9, for the purpose of considering the items on the following agenda:
