AMENDMENT TO DPR87-0056 TO ALLOW FOR AN ADDITIONAL PARKING VARIANCE. AMENDMENT TO LIQUOR LICENCE FOR SMUGGLERS COVE TO ALLOW EXTERIOR PATIO TO BE PERMANENT AND EXTENSION OF UPPER LEVEL PATIO.
The District of Saanich has received an application for a site within your Community Association area.

In accordance with Saanich Council Policy for public consultation for processing liquor license applications we are providing “early notice” of the application. Following a staff review you will be notified again of the date of the meeting when this application is considered by Council.
SMUGGLER’S COVE is requesting an amendment to their existing food primary liquor licence. For this application, the intent is to allow exterior patio to be permanent and extension of upper level patio.
We would appreciate receiving your comments in writing or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days, in order for us to consider them as we draft our staff report.
