MGC has been moving forward with planning for our rezoning and DP submission at the Broad View United property. During our July 12th open house, we resolved to update the neighbourhood in the fall with a more resolved plan (ahead of submission to the District).
We will be hosting our second open house on Thursday, October 12th at the Broad View property. Details here:

Location: Broad View United Church Sanctuary, 2625 Arbutus Road
Notes: Unlike the previous drop-in open house, this will have a formal presentation followed by a dialogue with neighbours. Speakers will include the project planner (myself, Niall Paltiel), our architects, and our transportation / parking engineer.
