Come and have fun with us planting native shrubs along the Robin Lane boulevard on Monday, Jan. 14 and Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Invasive plants have been removed and the site is ready for planting.
Drop over to see the project and stay to help plant if you can. Bring a shovel and dress for the weather. We will have extra tools on hand, and our home will be available for hot drinks and a place to warm up by the fire.
Location: Robin Lane is an unmarked Saanich street across from 2690 Queenswood Drive (a building site). It is about 200 metres north of Telegraph Bay Road, on the left. There will be signs on Queenswood Drive reading “Robin Lane”.
Parking: Park along Queenswood Drive or Robin Lane, taking care not to disturb roadside lawn or soil areas. We look forward to planting with you!
