Dear CBRA Board
I would be very interested to learn of the board’s position on the increasing deer population.
They have become a positive danger in the community as well as a menace in our gardens.
Two days ago I was riding my bike along Sea View Rd., when a large buck leapt straight into the middle of the road directly in front of me. I suspect it had been startled and hadn’t heard me. I did manage to stop, and although my tires did skid, I managed stayed on the bike…. a second earlier it would have been on top of me.
It does seem somewhat bizarre to me that while the residents are secluded behind fences and gates the deer roam free.
