In a telephone conversation with us today, Mark Green, minister at the Cadboro Bay United Church, told us that in the congregation’s vote held on Sunday, October 6th, a simple majority was achieved in favour of the proposed cell tower, but since it fell short of the 2/3 majority that the church’s council stipulated to be required to pass the resolution, the resolution did not pass.
