Dear Chair and Directors

Could you please post the following information on the CBRA website:

  1. A petition submitted to Mayor and Council requesting a moratorium on the construction of the hard surface roads and promenade in the Park. The petition was signed by over 230 users of Gyro Park
  2. The covering letter to Mayor and Council.

I was unable to attend the most recent board meeting but I understand a letter went to Saanich Parks after the presentation by Harriet Graham. I can not find a copy of the letter on the CBRA website and would very much appreciate a copy. Will a copy of the letter and the minutes of the board meeting be posted on the website as well?
