I found the group after searching for answers to the earthquake like noise. They are based in Washington. I thought it would be something that people in Cadboro Bay would like to know about. I am very grateful that there is a group working to stop the noise. There is a lot of good information below that I have forwarded to you. Hope you can spread it around!
