Saanich Celebrates BC Heritage Week with a presentation titled Aqua Vitae: A History of the Saloons and Hotel Bars of Victoria. On Wednesday February 15th at 1pm at the Saanich Centennial Library, author Glen Mofford will take us through an afternoon of stories about the saloons and bars of the early days of Victoria and Saanich.
