Repair and Upgrade of Sinclair Hill
Widespread concern
for the severely degraded and dangerous condition of Sinclair Road from
Finnerty to Cadboro Bay Road was expressed during the course of discussions at
the recent AGM of the CBRA.
In response,
the attached letter of May 25, 2018 was provided to Saanich Mayor and Council, and
“PUSH” (Please Upgrade Sinclair Hill) has been established to focus and facilitate
the advancement of this initiative. These concerns were also raised at the
Saanich Council meeting of May 28th.
The Cadboro
Bay Residents’ Association, in partnership with the Cadboro Bay Business
