1939–2018Please join us at RVYC for Joanne’s Celebration of life on Saturday, October 13, from 1–3pm. All family, friends and members welcome.
Joanne was a past President of the Cadboro Bay Residents Association and a fierce defender of all the things we treasure as residents of this corner of the planet. I had the honour to serve as her recording secretary for several years.
