As the health as the health and safety of our staff, customers, and community is our foremost concern, beginning April 13, we will be transitioning to staff only inside the store.
The Pepper’s staff will be working hard to shop your orders for you.
We will have the following three options available to ensure our customers continue to receive the quality and service they have come to rely on:
- Online delivery service Monday – Friday*
- Online pickup service Monday – Friday*
- Concierge personal shopping only, Monday – Sunday 7 AM– 6 PM
* subject to change due to staffing levels
How does Concierge shopping work? Our staff will shop for you!:
- Come visit us outside the store
- Give us your detailed list
- We quickly and safely do the work for you!

For Good Measure:
We are no longer accepting orders and/or processing payment at the door.
Orders can be placed via email, phone, or through our new online portal:

When ordering, you can describe quantities by weight: volume, or dollar amount (e.g. 300 g, 2 cups, $5 worth worth…). Please make sure to leave your phone number and whether you would like pickup or delivery
Both pickup and delivery on no contact. For pickup, knock on the door and we will drop your order outside the door. For delivery, we will drop at your door.
- Pickup service: $3.00 on orders five items or more
- Delivery service: $5.00 dollars within 10 km, Minimum order $25
5% of all sales will be donated to the Rapid Relief Fund.
