NOTICE OF FILMING
Dear Neighbours of “Gyro Park”, 3905c and 3905d Cadboro Bay Rd
“Martha VM4 Productions (VAN) Inc. is currently in production for the TV Movie “MVM
4 A Case of Vineyard Poison” that will be filming in your neighbourhood on Thursday Feb. 11th, 2021. We would like to provide some information that will help you prepare for our arrival and anticipate how our presence may affect your daily routine.
Our Production will be working under strict guidelines regarding safety around the Covid-19 Virus. These guidelines have been approved, and will be enforced by, Worksafe BC, Creative BC, and Provincial Health Officials.
We take this issue very seriously and will work local communities to maintain a safe work environment for our crew, and the public we interact with.
The following is an outline of our approximate filming times and significant action:
Wednesday Feb 10th, 2021
- 8:00AM to 5:00PM – A small crew will be on site to prepare the location for filming
Thursday Feb 11th, 2021
- 7:30 AM to 8:00AM – Our essential work trucks arrive and park in our designated areas in the Gyro Parking lot
- 8:00AM to 8:30PM – Filming takes place inside and outside the cottages
- 8:30PM- to 9:15PM – Crew quietly packs up and leaves the neighbourhood.
Friday Feb 12th, 2021
- 8:00AM to 5:00PM – A small crew will be on site to restore the properties
In order to minimize the disruption to your neighbourhood, our crew vehicles and larger trailers will be parked at an off-site location However, in order to accommodate our essential vehicles and ensure continuity of picture, we have requested from the Municipality of Saanich to reserve parking in a designated area in the “Gyro Park”parking lot.
We emphasize that changes in parking are temporary and appreciate your
cooperation during filming.
