The owners of the property at 2345 Queenswood have submitted a development proposal to Saanich and have provided the attached information disclosures for CBRA and the public.
The proposal is to rezone a Split RS-14/RS-12 to RS-12 Single Family Dwelling Zone, for the purpose of subdivision. It would create two additional lots, for a total of three RS-12 lots.
