Cadboro Bay Local Area Plan Update
As directed by Saanich Council, staff are currently exploring possibilities for expanding the Cadboro Bay Village Centre to include more opportunity for purpose built rental and forms of housing affordable to a broader range of incomes.

Saanich expects to be able to hold an in-person community workshop on Saturday June 11th , and would like you to join them. Please save the date, and we will post any follow-up details from Saanich to confirm once received.
