Notice just in from the Quadra Cedar Hill Community Association
The Quadra Cedar Hill Community Association will be holding our 15th annual “Fun in the Park” picnic on Sunday, July 20th at Playfair Park.
This annual event is a fun-filled day which attracts friends and neighbors in our community to join us for a wonderful afternoon in beautiful Playfair Park. We will have face painting, children’s crafts, kids’ games, sack races and more. Musical entertainment will be by the Clover Point Drifters. This will be a three hour event that is action packed for families and is part of the Saanich Sunfest activities which occur throughout our municipality. Our goal is to foster neighborhood and community involvement, along with a whole lot of fun !
Community displays will include Saanich Blockwatch, Swan Lake/Christmas Hill Nature Sanctuary, CRD Blue Box info, and lots more.
We look forward to seeing you. Please walk, cycle, or car pool to reduce parking requirements. And remember your lawn chair, blanket, and of course your sun screen !
