Upper Penrhyn St. sidewalk works complete
The long-awaited sidewalk on “upper” Penrhyn Street is complete. Thanks to Graham Morgan (local resident and CBRA member) for spearheading the project. Neighbours, working with their Association and the Municipality, have made our village just a little safer.
